Let's talk about women in trading - those who get overlooked but still reach success despite everything.
Jennifer Fan
Having received her degree from business school at just 19, Jennifer was bound to succeed. From the starting position in Bank of America in 2002, she quickly became an analyst and joined Morgan Stanley. Her impressive results grew each year - and soon, she joined Arrowhawk Capital Management as partner and portfolio manager.
In 2012, she managed her own $650M hedge fund focusing on energy and agricultural commodities - Arbalet Capital.
